Patent Claims:1. A method for treating cancer in a mammal, which method comprises: (a) obtaining a dry composition of preformed nanoparticle complexes comprising albumin-bound paclitaxel and bevacizumab at a ratio of up to 5:1; (b) forming an aqueous composition of said dry composition, said aqueous composition being suitable for injection into a mammal having cancer, and (c) administering to said mammal an effective amount of said aqueous composition wherein said administration treats said cancer and further wherein said preformed nanoparticle complexes retain antibody mediated target binding specificity.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said mammal is a human.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein said cancer is skin cancer.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein said skin cancer is stage IV melanoma.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein said preformed nanoparticle complexes comprise an alkylating agent.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein said administration of said injectable composition is by intravenous drip.
