Patent Claims:	1. A method of treating a subject with a kidney obstructed by a naturally formed kidney stone or a subject with pancreas obstructed by naturally formed pancreatic duct stone, said method comprising direct injection of an effective amount of a solution or suspension of botulinum toxin into the obstructed kidney or the obstructed pancreas. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the botulinum toxin is selected from the group consisting of botulinum toxin type A, botulinum toxin type B and botulinum toxin type F. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the botulinum toxin is botulinum toxin type A. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the subject has the naturally formed kidney stone. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the subject has the naturally formed pancreatic duct stone.
