Patent Claims:1. A method of treating a vaginal chlamydial infection or pelvic inflammatory disease in a subject, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of Erlotinib, Cetuximab, Gefitinib, Lapatinib, Canertinib, Vandetanib and any combination thereof.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising administering to the subject an antibiotic, a chemotherapeutic agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, an immunomodulatory agent and/or radiation, in any combination.
