Patent Claims: 1. A composition comprising a dimesylate salt of (R)-4-(3-amino-1-(isoquinolin-6-ylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)benzyl 2,4-dimethylbenzoate.

2. The composition of claim 1, further comprising at least one of a buffer, a chelating agent, a tonicity agent, a preservative, a viscosity enhancer, a sugar, a sugar alcohol, or a surfactant.

3. A method of treating an ocular disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the composition of claim 1.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the ocular disorder is glaucoma.

5. The method of claim 3, wherein the composition is administered topically to an eye of the subject.

6. A method of reducing intraocular pressure in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the composition of claim 1.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the composition is administered topically to an eye of the subject.

8. A composition comprising a dimesylate salt of (S)-4-(3-amino-1-(isoquinolin-6-ylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)benzyl 2,4-dimethylbenzoate.

9. The composition of claim 8, further comprising at least one of a buffer, a chelating agent, a tonicity agent, a preservative, a viscosity enhancer, a sugar, a sugar alcohol, or a surfactant.

10. A method of treating an ocular disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the composition of claim 8.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the ocular disorder is glaucoma.

12. The method of claim 10, wherein the composition is administered topically to an eye of the subject.

13. A method of reducing intraocular pressure in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the composition of claim 8.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein the composition is administered topically to an eye of the subject.

15. A composition comprising a dimesylate salt of (rac)-4-(3-amino-1-(isoquinolin-6-ylamino)-1-oxopropan-2-yl)benzyl 2,4-dimethylbenzoate.

16. The composition of claim 15, further comprising at least one of a buffer, a chelating agent, a tonicity agent, a preservative, a viscosity enhancer, a sugar, a sugar alcohol, or a surfactant.

17. A method of treating an ocular disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the composition of claim 15.

18. The method of claim 17, wherein the ocular disorder is glaucoma.

19. The method of claim 17, wherein the composition is administered topically to an eye of the subject.

20. A method of reducing intraocular pressure in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the composition of claim 15.

21. The method of claim 20, wherein the composition is administered topically to an eye of the subject.
