The method of claim 5, wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132X mutation. 7. The method of claim 5, wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132H mutation. 8. The method of claim 5, wherein the IDH1 mutation is an IDH1 R132C mutation. 9. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is glioma. 10. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is glioblastoma. 11. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). 12. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is cholangiocarcinoma. 13. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is chondrosarcoma. 14. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). 15. The method of claim 5, wherein the cancer is myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN). 16. The method of claim 5, wherein the compound is: ##STR00455##
