A compound of formula or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. 2-[3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-N-{4-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-6-[7S,9aS)-7-(hydroxymethyl)hexahydropyrazino[2,1-c][1,4]oxazin-8(1H)-yl]-3-pyridinyl}-N,2-dimethylpropanamide. 3. 2-[3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-N-{4-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-6-[(7S,9aS)-7-(hydroxymethyl)hexahydropyrazino[2,1-c][1,4]oxazin-8(1H)-yl]-3-pyridinyl}-N,2-dimethylpropanamide hydrochloride. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. 5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 2 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. 6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 3 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. 7. A method of treatment of a Depressive Disorder or schizophrenia which comprises administering to a human in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1. 8. A method of treatment of a Depressive Disorder or schizophrenia which comprises administering to a human in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 2. 9. A method of treatment of a Major Depressive Disorder which comprises administering to a human in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1. 10. A method of treatment of a Major Depressive Disorder which comprises administering to a human in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 2. 11. A method of treatment of schizophrenia which comprises administering to a human in need thereof an effective amount of a compound according to claim 1. 12.
