1. A method for treating restless legs syndrome in a patient suffering from or susceptible to such condition comprising the administration of an effective amount of the compound

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the dose of Pramipexole is about 0.01-10.0 mg/day.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the dose of Pramipexole is between about 0.75-4.5 mg/day.
