Title: Substituted ethylene imidazole and triazoles
Abstract:This invention relates to substituted ethylenic imidazoles and triazoles, their enantiomorphs, acid addition salts and metal complexes as well as their methods of preparation and use as broad spectrum systemic fungicides useful in controlling phytopathogenic fungi such as barley net blotch (Helminthosporium teres), bean powdery mildew (Erysiphe polygoni), peanut cercospora (Cercospora arachidicola), and wheat stem rust (Puccinia graminis f. sp. tritici race 15B-2).
Inventor(s): Miller; George A. (Maple Glen, PA), Chan; Hak-Foon (Walnut Creek, CA)
Assignee: Rohm and Haas Company (Philadelphia, PA)
Application Number:07/823,041
