Patent Claims: 1. A method of treatment of Parkinsons Disease which comprises administering an effective non-toxic amount for the treatment of Parkinsons Disease of a compound of the following structure: ##STR2## in which each group R is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl;

R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl;

R.sup.3 is hydrogen or hydroxy; and

n is 1 to 3;

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a subject in need thereof.

2. A method of treatment of Parkinsons Disease which comprises administering an effective non-toxic amount for the treatment of Parkinsons Disease of 4-(2-di-n-propylaminoethyl)-2-(3H)-indolone to a subject in need thereof.

3. A method of treatment of Parkinsons Disease which comprises administering an effective non-toxic amount for the treatment of Parkinsons Disease of 4-(2-di-n-propylaminoethyl)-2-(3H)-indolone hydrochloride to a subject in need thereof.
