Patent Claims:	1. A method of treating cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in a patient suffering therefrom, the method comprising administering maribavir in an amount of 1200 mg orally twice daily, wherein the patient is a transplant recipient concomitantly exposed to or receiving an anticonvulsant selected from phenytoin or phenobarbital, wherein maribavir is administered prior to, concurrently with, or subsequently from the administration of the anticonvulsant. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the anticonvulsant is phenytoin. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the anticonvulsant is phenobarbital. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient is an adult or a child of 12 years of age or older, and wherein the patient weighs at least 35 kg. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient is refractory to treatment with one or more of ganciclovir, valganciclovir, cidofovir, or foscarnet. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient is a hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipient. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the patient is a solid organ transplant recipient.
