Abstract:	Disclosed herein are pharmaceutical compositions in the form of a suspension for oral delivery. Some embodiments provide a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a suspension for oral delivery comprising an active pharmaceutical ingredient; water; a suspending agent; a buffering agent; and one or more of a wetting agent and a binder/filler. In some embodiments, the active pharmaceutical ingredient is selected from quetiapine, sildenafil, tadalafil, cinacalcet, ticagrelor, mycophenolate, aprepitant, zonisamide, and primidone.

Patent Claims:	1. A pharmaceutical oral suspension, consisting of: mycophenolate mofetil in an amount of about 200 mg/mL; xanthan gum in an amount of about 2 mg/mL; glycerin in an amount of about 100 mg/mL; one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from an antifoaming agent, a buffer, a flavoring agent, a preservative, a sweetener, a wetting agent; and a vehicle comprising water. 2. An immunosuppressive method, which comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of the pharmaceutical oral suspension of claim 1 to a patient in need thereof.
