The method of claim 1 wherein the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. 8. The method of claim 2 wherein the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. 9. The method of claim 1 wherein the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is splenic, nodal, or extranodal marginal zone lymphoma. 10. The method of claim 2 wherein the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is splenic, nodal, or extranodal marginal zone lymphoma. 11. The method of claim 1 wherein the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is chronic lymphocytic lymphoma. 12. The method of claim 2 wherein the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is chronic lymphocytic lymphoma. 13.
