NCT03580655 (PATHFINDER) Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Avapritinib (BLU-285), A Selective KIT Mutation-targeted Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, in Patients With Advanced Systemic Mastocytosis Recruiting Blueprint Medicines Corporation Phase 2 2018-10-01 This is an open-label, single arm, Phase 2 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of avapritinib (BLU-285) in patients with advanced systemic mastocytosis (AdvSM), including patients with aggressive SM (ASM), SM with associated hematologic neoplasm (SM-AHN), and mast cell leukemia (MCL)
NCT03731260 (PIONEER) Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Avapritinib (BLU-285), A Selective KIT Mutation-targeted Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor, Versus Placebo in Patients With Indolent and Smoldering Systemic Mastocytosis Not yet recruiting Blueprint Medicines Corporation Phase 2 2019-01-01 This is a Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study comparing the efficacy and safety of avapritinib + best supportive care (BSC) with placebo + BSC in patients with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM) and smoldering systemic mastocytosis (SSM) whose symptoms are not adequately controlled by BSC. The study will be conducted in 3 parts. All patients will receive treatment with avapritinib during Part 3 including those rolling over from the placebo group.
NCT04254939 A Study of CS3007 in Subjects With Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor Recruiting Blueprint Medicines Corporation Phase 1/Phase 2 2019-08-19 This study is an open-label, multicenter, phase I/II study to evaluate the safety, PK and clinical efficacy of avapritinib in Chinese subjects with unresectable or metastatic GIST. The study consists of two parts: dose escalation (phase I) and dose expansion (phase II).
NCT04254939 A Study of CS3007 in Subjects With Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor Recruiting CStone Pharmaceuticals Phase 1/Phase 2 2019-08-19 This study is an open-label, multicenter, phase I/II study to evaluate the safety, PK and clinical efficacy of avapritinib in Chinese subjects with unresectable or metastatic GIST. The study consists of two parts: dose escalation (phase I) and dose expansion (phase II).
NCT04771520 Avapritinib for the Treatment of CKIT or PDGFRA Mutation-Positive Locally Advanced or Metastatic Malignant Solid Tumors Recruiting National Cancer Institute (NCI) Phase 2 2021-01-20 This phase II trial studies the effect of avapritinib in treating malignant solid tumors that have a genetic change (mutation) in CKIT or PDGFRA and have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or other places in the body (metastatic). Avapritinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Avapritinib may help to control the growth of malignant solid tumors.
