| Patent Claims: | 1. A method of producing human hyperimmune Clostridium difficile toxin-neutralizing immune globulin, said method comprising the steps of: administering a Clostridium
difficile toxoid to a human that already has C. difficile neutralizing antibodies; and isolating said Clostridium difficile toxin-neutralizing immune globulin from said human.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said Clostridium difficile toxoid comprises a toxoid of toxin A and a toxoid of toxin B. |
