Claims: | 1. A compound of Formula (I): ##STR00212## wherein: R.sup.1 is hydrogen; R.sup.2 is halo; R.sup.3 is hydrogen; R.sup.4 is hydrogen; R.sup.5 is alkyl; R.sup.6 is --C(O)R.sup.10; R.sup.7 is alkyl; R.sup.10 is --N(R.sup.11)(CH.sub.2).sub.nR.sup.12; R.sup.11 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and alkyl; R.sup.12 is --NR.sup.13R.sup.14; R.sup.13 and R.sup.14 combine to form a group selected from the group consisting of --(CH.sub.2).sub.4--, --(CH.sub.2).sub.5--, --(CH.sub.2).sub.2O(CH.sub.2).sub.2--, and --(CH.sub.2).sub.2N(CH.sub.3)(CH.sub.2).sub.2--; and n is 1, 2, 3, or 4; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A compound of formula ##STR00213## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound or salt of claim 2 and a pharmaceutically accepatable carrier or excipient. |
