A method of preparing a compound of Formula I according to claim 1, comprising: (a) reacting a compound of formula (F1) ##STR00379## with a compound of formula (F2) ##STR00380## in which Z represents a leaving atom or group; or (b) for a compound of Formula I in which G is N, reacting a compound of formula (F3) ##STR00381## in which R represents a tertiary amino group, for example di(1-6C)alkylamino, such as dimethylamino, with a compound of formula (F1); followed if necessary, by converting the compound of Formula I into another compound of Formula I having a different R.sup.3 group.
