Patent Claims: 1. A compound represented by the following formula (A) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR00429## wherein Q represents --CH-- or a nitrogen atom, when Q represents --CH--, R.sub.1a and R.sub.1b each independently represent a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.1c represents a hydrogen atom, R.sub.2a, R.sub.2b, R.sub.2c and R.sub.2d each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3a and R.sub.3c each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a cyano group or a cyano-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3b represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, and R.sub.3d represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, or when Q represents a nitrogen atom, R.sub.1a and R.sub.1b each independently represent a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a hydroxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.1c represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group, R.sub.2a, R.sub.2b, R.sub.2c and R.sub.2d each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3a represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3b represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3c represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, and R.sub.3d represents a hydrogen atom.

The compound according to claim 1, which is represented by the following formula (B), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR00430## wherein R.sub.1a and R.sub.1b each independently represent a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.1c represents a hydrogen atom, R.sub.2a, R.sub.2b, R.sub.2c and R.sub.2d each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3a and R.sub.3c each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a cyano group or a cyano-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3b represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, and R.sub.3d represents a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom.

The compound according to claim 1, which is represented by the following formula (C), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR00431## wherein R.sub.1a represents a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a hydroxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.1b represents a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a hydroxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.1c represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group, R.sub.2a, R.sub.2b, R.sub.2c and R.sub.2d each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3a represents a substituent selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group and a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3b represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group or a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, R.sub.3c represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a halo-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group or a C.sub.1-6 alkoxy-C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, and R.sub.3d represents a hydrogen atom.

4. The compound according to claim 3, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R.sub.1a represents a methyl group, R.sub.1b represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, a hydroxymethyl group, a methoxymethyl group or a methoxyethyl group, and R.sub.1c represents a hydrogen atom.

A compound, which is selected from the following compounds, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: 1) (1R,2S)-2-{[(2,4-dimethylpyrimidin-5-yl)oxy]methyl}-N-(5-fluoropyridin-2-- yl)-2-phenylcyclopropanecarboxamide, 2) (1R,2S)-N-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-2-{[(2,4-dimethylpyrimidin-5-yl)oxy]meth- yl}-2-phenylcyclopropanecarboxamide, 3) (1R,2S)-N-[3-(dimethylamino)phenyl]-2-{[(2,4-dimethylpyrimidin-5-yl)oxy]m- ethyl}-2-phenylcyclopropanecarboxamide, 4) (1R,2S)-N-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-{[(2,4-dimethylpyrimidin-5-yl)oxy]methyl}-2p-
