Claims: | 1. An injectable liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising irinotecan sucrose octasulfate encapsulated within liposomes comprising DSPC, cholesterol and PEG-DSPE in a molar ratio of 3:2:0.015, the liposomes having a diameter of 95-110 nm and encapsulating a total amount of irinotecan in 500-550 mg irinotecan hydrochloride per mmol of the total liposome phospholipids, and the pharmaceutical composition having a potency of 20-80 mg of total irinotecan per mL of the pharmaceutical composition. |
