Claims:	1. A method of treating hepatitis C virus infection in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering to said patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of compound of Formula IVc: ##STR00605## or a stereoisomer, or a mixture of stereoisomers, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. The method of claim 1 wherein the compound is a compound of Formula IVd: ##STR00606## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
