Claims: | 1. A method of myocardial perfusion imaging in a human in need thereof comprising: administering to the human (a) CVT-3146, also known as (1-{9-[(4S,2R,3R,5R)-3,4-dihydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)oxolan-2-yl]-6-aminop- urin-2-yl}pyrazol-4-yl)-N-methylcarboxamide, in an amount of 0.2 to 9 .mu.g/kg by a single intravenous bolus dose of a liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising CVT-3146 and (b) a radionuclide, and thereafter determining areas of insufficient blood flow. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the amount of CVT-3146 administered is 1 to 9 .mu.g/kg. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is administered before the radionuclide is administered. |
