Claims:	1. A compound of formula IIA: ##STR00234## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer and/or ester thereof, wherein: R.sup.11 and R.sup.16 are each independently heterocyclyl or substituted heterocyclyl; R.sup.12, R.sup.14, and R.sup.15 are each independently H, --C.sub.1-4 alkyl, --C.sub.1-4 substituted alkyl, arylalkyl, or substituted arylalkyl; R.sup.13 is --(CH.sub.2).sub.0-1CR.sup.17R.sup.18OR.sup.19; R.sup.17 and R.sup.18 are each independently H or --C.sub.1-3 alkyl; and R.sup.19 is H, --C.sub.1-4 alkyl or arylalkyl. 2. The compound of claim 1 which is a compound selected from the group consisting of: ##STR00235## ##STR00236## ##STR00237## ##STR00238## ##STR00239## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, and/or stereoisomers thereof. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound formula IIA or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer and/or ester thereof, as described in claim 1, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. 4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound formula IIA or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer and/or ester thereof, as described in claim 2, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
