Claims:	1. A process for preparing a compound having formula (A), ##STR00622## comprising reacting a compound having formula (B), ##STR00623## with a compound of formula (C), ##STR00624## to provide the compound of formula (A). 2. The process of claim 1, wherein reacting the compound of formula (B) with the compound of formula (C) comprises mixing the compound of formula (B) with the compound of formula (C) and heating. 3. The process of claim 1, further comprising preparing the compound of the formula (B), by reacting the compound of formula (D) ##STR00625## with the compound of formula (E) ##STR00626## to provide the compound of formula (B). 4. The process of claim 3, wherein reacting the compound of formula (D) with the compound of formula (E) comprises adding base. 5. A process for preparing a compound having formula (B), ##STR00627## comprising reacting the compound of formula (D) ##STR00628## with the compound of formula (E) ##STR00629## to provide the compound of formula (B). 6. The process of claim 5, wherein reacting the compound of formula (D) with the compound of formula (E) comprises adding base. 7. The compound of formula (D) ##STR00630## or salt thereof. 8. The compound of formula (B) ##STR00631## or salt thereof.
