Abstract:	An oral solid fixed dose composition comprising pharmacologically effective amounts of entacapone, levodopa, and carbidopa, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof, and comprising at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The composition can be used, e.g., for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Claims:	1. A stable oral solid composition comprising pharmacologically effective amounts of active agents consisting of entacapone, levodopa, and carbidopa, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof, and comprising at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient other than microcrystalline cellulose. 2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition is in the form of a tablet. 3. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition does not comprise microcrystalline cellulose. 4. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the composition does not comprise microcrystalline cellulose. 5. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient other than a surface active agent. 6. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient other than silica. 7. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises a disintegrant as the excipient. 8. The composition according to claim 7, wherein the disintegrant is sodium starch glycolate or croscarmellose sodium. 9. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises a sugar alcohol as the excipient. 10. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises hydrogenated vegetable oil as the excipient.
