Claims:	1. A crystalline compound of (R)-2-[[[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridinyl]methyl]sulfinyl]-1 H-benzimidazole or a salt thereof. 2. A crystalline compound of (R)-2-[[[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridinyl]methyl]sulfinyl]-1 H-benzimidazole. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising: a crystalline compound of (R)-2-[[[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridinyl]methyl]sulfinyl]-1 H-benzimidazole or a salt thereof; and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, carrier or diluent. 4. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 3, which is for treating or preventing digestive ulcer. 5. A method for treating or preventing digestive ulcer in a mammal in need thereof which comprises administering to said mammal an effective amount of a crystalline compound of (R)-2-[[[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridinyl]methyl]sulfinyl]-1 H-benzimidazole or a salt thereof. 6. A method for manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing digestive ulcer comprising formulating the composition with a crystalline compound of (R)-2-[[[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridinyl]methyl]sulfinyl]-1 H-benzimidazole or a salt thereof.
