|Claims:||1. A method of making an aerosol formulation being suitable for delivery to the lung by inhalation, comprising the steps of: |
(a) providing an aerosol container, and

(ii) an mount of propellant sufficient to propel from said container said plurality of therapeutically effective doses, said propellant being substantially free of chlorofluorocarbons and comprising 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane.
