The method of inducing regression of leukemia and/or inhibiting growth of tumors in a mammal comprising administering to said mammal an effective antineoplastic amount of a compound selected from the group consisting of those of the formula: ##STR4## wherein Q is amino, methylamino, ethylamino, dimethylamino, or diethylamino, the leuco bases and tautomers thereof, and the pharmacologically acceptable acid-addition salts thereof.|
