In certain embodiments, the frozen particles are administered to at least one biological tissue.

Patent Claims:1. A method comprising: delivering at least one first frozen particle composition to at least one surface of at least one biological tissue of a subject by propulsion at a predetermined pressure; wherein the at least one first frozen particle composition includes one or more frozen particles including one or more of an anti-tumor agent, epinephrine, neurotoxin, or enzyme; wherein the one or more frozen particles have at least one major dimension of approximately one centimeter or less; and subsequently delivering a second frozen particle composition to the at least one surface of the biological tissue by propulsion at a predetermined pressure; wherein the second frozen particle composition includes one or more frozen particles including one or more of collagen, elastin, anesthetic, wherein the anesthetic is not epinephrine, or antibiotic.

The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one composition further includes one or more reinforcement agents including at least one of polyaramid, vinylester matrix, ceramic, fiberglass, cellulose, broad carbide, aromatic polyamide, nylon, silk, rayon, acetate, modacrylic, olefin, acrylic, polyester, aromatic polyester, poly-lactic acid, vinyon, saran, spandex, vinalon, aromatic nylon, vinylidene chloride, modal, polybenzimidazole, sulfur, lyocell, orlon, zylon, high-performance polyethylene, polypyridobenzimidazole, vectran, or acrylonitrile rubber.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one composition is propelled to a desired location of the at least one biological tissue.

4. The method of claim 1, further including extracting or collecting material from the at least one abraded surface of at least one biological tissue.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one biological tissue is located in at least one of in situ, in vitro, in vivo, in utero, in planta, or ex vivo.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one biological tissue is located in at least one tissue or organ related to transplantation.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the at least one tissue or organ related to transplantation includes at least one donor or recipient tissue or organ.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the at least one donor includes at least one cadaver.

9. The method of claim 5, wherein the at least one biological tissue is ingested by at least one subject.

10. The method of claim 5, wherein the at least one biological tissue includes at least one cell mass.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein the at least one cell mass includes at least one of a scar, pore, pit, eschar, granuloma, keloid, artheromatous plaque, abscess, pustule, infected tissue, scaling, hair follicle, necrotic tissue, stratum corneum, wrinkle, wound, tumor, skin structure, nevus, cyst, lesion, callus, neoplastic tissue, gangrenous tissue, or cellular deposit.

12. The method of claim 10, wherein the at least one cell mass includes at least one benign or malignant tumor.

13. The method of claim 12, wherein the at least one benign or malignant tumor relates to one or more of a melanoma, lymphoma, leukemia, sarcoma, blastoma, or carcinoma.

14. The method of claim 10, wherein the at least one cell mass is related to at least one blood clot, microorganism accumulation, blood vessel obstruction, duct obstruction, bowel obstruction, infection, gangrene, connective tissue destruction, tissue or organ damage, injury, white blood cell accumulation, or cancer.

15. The method of claim 1, further including delivering under a predetermined pressure to the at least one biological tissue at least one of a polymer, biopolymer, nanoparticle, or detection material.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein the detection material includes at least one electronic identification device.

17. The method of claim 16, wherein the at least one electronic identification device includes at least one radio frequency identification device.

18. The method of claim 15, wherein the detection material includes at least one radioactive element.

19. The method of claim 15, wherein the detection material includes at least one colorimetric substance.

20. The method of claim 19, wherein the at least one colorimetric substance includes one or more of a dye, pigment, or light-emitting substance.

21. The method of claim 20, wherein the light-emitting substance includes at least one of a fluorescent substance, phosphorescent substance, or quantum dot.

22. The method of claim 15, wherein the detection material includes at least one of a diamagnetic particle, ferromagnetic particle, paramagnetic particle, super paramagnetic contrast agent, or other magnetic particle.

23. The method of claim 1, wherein the subject includes at least one invertebrate or vertebrate animal.

24. The method of claim 1, wherein the subject includes at least one human.

25. The method of claim 23, wherein the subject includes at least one livestock, pet, undomesticated herd animal, wild animal, or product animal.

26. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one composition further includes one or more explosive materials.

27. A method comprising: delivering at least one first frozen particle composition to at least one biological tissue of a subject by propulsion at a predetermined pressure and in a manner sufficient to remove dead, damaged or infected tissue of the at least one biological tissue, wherein the at least one first frozen particle composition includes one or more frozen particles coated in one or more of an anti-tumor agent, epinephrine, neurotoxin, or enzyme, and including at least one of acetone, ethyl acetate, dimethyl formamide, dioxane, hexamethylphosphorotriamide, tert-butyl alcohol, formic acid, hydrogen fluoride, ammonia, acetic acid, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, acetonitrile, hexane, methylene chloride, or diethyl ether; wherein the one or more frozen particles have at least one major dimension of approximately one centimeter or less; and subsequently delivering a second frozen particle composition to the at least one surface of the biological tissue by propulsion at a predetermined pressure to form a scaffold; wherein the second frozen particle composition includes one or more frozen particles including one or more of collagen, elastin, or other extracellular matrix components.

The method of claim 27, wherein the at least one composition further includes one or more reinforcement agents including at least one of polyaramid, vinylester matrix, ceramic, fiberglass, broad carbide, aromatic polyamide, nylon, silk, rayon, acetate, modacrylic, olefin, acrylic, vinyon, saran, spandex, vinalon, aromatic nylon, vinylidene chloride, modal, polybenzimidazole, sulfur, lyocell, orlon, zylon, high-performance polyethylene, polypyridobenzimidazole, vectran, or acrylonitrile rubber.

29. The method of claim 27, wherein the biological tissue includes at least one loose connective tissue, dense connective tissue, elastic connective tissue, reticular connective tissue, cartilage, or blood.

30. The method of claim 29, wherein the at least one connective tissue includes at least one ligament or tendon.

31. The method of claim 27, wherein the at least one biological tissue is located in at least one of in situ, in vitro, in vivo, in utero, in planta, or ex vivo.

32. The method of claim 31, wherein the at least one biological tissue is located in at least one tissue or organ related to transplantation.

33. The method of claim 32, wherein the at least one tissue or organ related to transplantation includes at least one donor or recipient tissue or organ.

34. The method of claim 33, wherein the at least one donor includes at least one cadaver.

35. The method of claim 27, wherein the at least one composition further includes one or more explosive materials, including nitroglycerine.

36. The method of claim 27, wherein the at least one composition further includes at least one chemical debridement agent including one or more of an enzyme, or urea.

37. The method of claim 36, wherein the enzyme includes at least one of papain, elastase, protease, peptidase, or collagenase.
