Patent Claims:	1. A compound of the formula: ##STR00040## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. 2. The compound of claim 1, wherein the compound is greater than 95% pure or greater than 99% pure. 3. A pharmaceutical composition comprising: a) a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1, in the form of a single diastereoisomer; and b) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, diluent or adjuvant. 4. The composition of claim 3 further comprising temozolomide and/or Avastin. 5.
