Summary for Patent: 8,561,653
Title:Material(s)/content(s) management method and apparatus
Abstract: Volumetric enclosure(s) provide methods and/or apparatus for teaching, generating and deriving supply chain efficiency improvement. Prime Manifold Enclosure(s) methods and/or apparatus provide for deriving and generating efficiency by volumetric displacement and volumetric replacement of dissimilar material(s) and volumetric displacement and volumetric replacement of material having dissimilar origin. Apparatus for generating matrix patterns comprising fluent material manifold(s) cooperatively structured for creating integrated composite communication flow matrix pathways are disclosed. Supply chain efficiency advantages are conferred in part by encroachment across distinct disciplines of manufacture/care, by the interposition of prime manifold enclosure(s) between distinct disciplines previously un-traversed and volumetric displacement and volumetric replacement of dissimilar materials deriving from dissimilar origins.
Inventor(s): Romano; Jack W. (Kirkland, WA)
Assignee: Medindica-Pak, Inc. (Kirkland, WA)
Application Number:12/800,909
Patent Claims:1. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus comprising, a) a supply chain apparatus, said supply chain apparatus to include a container, said container manufactured having fluent material enclosed therein, said container having at least one port, said port being configured to be in flow control connection with an egress conduit, said container being configured to be in fluent material egress orientation with an anatomic site, said egress conduit interposed between said container and said anatomic site during said egress orientation, b) a disposal chain apparatus, said disposal chain apparatus to include said container oriented downstream in flow confining connection with an ingress conduit, said ingress conduit connected at one end to said container, said ingress conduit being configured at the other end to be in flow receiving communication with a separate anatomic site, said ingress conduit interposed between said container and said separate anatomic site for controlling flow of fluent waste from said separate anatomic site toward said container.

2. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 1 wherein said fluent material comprises an intravenous solution.

3. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 1 wherein said fluent material comprises an irrigating solution.

4. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 1 wherein said fluent material meets a sterility assurance level.

5. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 1 wherein said fluent material is applied with an anesthetic.

6. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 1 wherein said fluent material is applied in combination with a medicament.

7. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus comprising, a) a first fluent material administration supply chain apparatus, said supply chain apparatus to include a fluent material enclosing container, said container being configured to provide transfer and consumption of said material, said container being configured to be in an upstream orientation with respect to a non-anatomic fluent material delivery destination, b) a disposal chain apparatus, said disposal chain apparatus to include said container in connection with an ingress conduit, said ingress conduit being configured at another end to downstream to, and in flow control connection with a waste material emanating from a patient.

8. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 7 wherein said fluent material comprises an intravenous solution.

9. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 7 wherein said fluent material comprises an irrigating solution.

10. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 7 wherein said fluent material meets a sterility assurance level.

11. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 7 wherein said fluent material is applied in combination with an anesthetic.

12. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 7 wherein said fluent material is applied in combination with a medicament.

13. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 7 wherein said fluent material comprises sterile water.

14. An environmentally efficient supply chain and disposal chain apparatus comprising, a) a supply chain apparatus, said supply chain apparatus to include a fluid enclosing container, said fluid enclosed in said container at manufacturing, said container having at least one port, said container oriented upstream and in flow egressing orientation with a receiving source, b) a disposal chain apparatus, said disposal chain apparatus to include an ingress conduit, said ingress conduit forming at least a portion of a composite vacuum draw path, said ingress conduit connected at one end to said container, said ingress conduit connected at the other end to a suction tip, said draw path configured to confine a reduced pressure flow, said flow being configured to emanate from a vacuum source, said source being configured to draw said flow away from said container along a second conduit, said source being adapted to draw waste material towards and/or into said container.

15. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 14 wherein said fluent material comprises an intravenous solution.

16. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 14 wherein said fluent material comprises an irrigating solution.

17. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 14 wherein said fluent material meets a sterility assurance level.

18. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 14 wherein said fluent material is applied with an anesthetic.

19. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 14 wherein said fluent material is applied in combination with a medicament.

20. A supply chain and disposal chain apparatus of claim 14 wherein said fluent material comprises sterile water.
