3. Braking method with energy recovery, according to claim 2, wherein said determination step of a braking torque overall value comprises the determination of a contribution APBP so that: if the brake pedal is pressed, the second contribution APBP is given by a first predetermined value: BrakeTrq_Target.sub.--APBP_out=BrakeTrqbyBP if the position of the accelerator pedal ACC is comprised between 0% and a calibration value APlow-pressed, the second contribution APBP is given by: BrakeTrq_Target.sub.--APBP_out=(APlow-pressed-ACC)*(BrakeTrqbyAPMax)/APlo- w-pressed wherein ACC expresses the position of the accelerator pedal and BrakeTrqbyAPMax is a second predetermined value; if the position of the accelerator pedal ACC is higher that APlow-pressed and the brake pedal is not pressed, the second contribution APBP is zero.

4. Braking method with energy recovery, according to claim 1, wherein said determination step of a braking torque overall value comprises the determination of a contribution given by said first braking torque (EF) defined on the basis of a second table of values, whose values depend on the characteristics of the thermal engine (MT) and of mounted accessories.
