Claims: | 1. A purified and isolated non-naturally occurring DNA ligand to Platelet Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) wherein said ligand is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS:82-87. 2. A purified and isolated non-naturally occurring nucleic acid ligand to PDGF comprising the conserved structure shown in FIG. 1. 3. The purified and isolated non-naturally occurring DNA ligand to PDGF of claim 1 consisting of the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:87. |
