A method for producing biologically active, heterodimeric human FSH comprising culturing mammalian cells capable of glycosylating proteins, said cells comprising an expression vector encoding the alpha and beta subunits of said FSH. 2. A vector comprising a DNA sequence encoding the beta subunit of human FSH. |
